SCTE Benelux Lecture at IBC Focuses on HFC and OTT Delivery

Don’t miss the SCTETM Benelux Lecture at IBC, as part of the IBC2015 conference programme, on 14 September in Room A at the RAI exhibition and congress centre in Amsterdam.

Entitled ‘Video Content – A Challenge for HFC and OTT Delivery’, the event features speakers Olli Leppänen, Vice President, Distributed Access, Teleste Corporation; Mark Kinlen, Chief Architecture Office, Liberty Global; Cornel Ciocirlan, Chief Technology Officer, EMEA, ARRIS and Emile de Ruiter, Senior Solutions Architect, Divitel. Presentations include:-

  • “Divide et Impera – To Keep up with the Ever Growing Capacity Need” by Olli Leppänen, Vice President, Distributed Access, Teleste Corporation focused on DOCSIS 3.1 and distributed access architecture.
  • “Video Distribution: A Challenging Opportunity” by Mark Kinlen, Chief Architecture Office, Liberty Global.
  • “IPTV over Cable: Challenges and Benefits” by Cornel Ciocirlan, Chief Technology Officer, EMEA, ARRIS.
  • “Blue Print of OTT Delivery Platform Unravelled” by Emile de Ruiter, Senior Solutions Architect, Divitel.

Following a complimentary light lunch buffet for all lecture attendees at 12.30pm, the presentations - moderated by Kees Jan Rietveld - will commence at 14.00. At the conclusion of the afternoon session, there will be a drinks reception at 16.30.
